Return policy

We gladly accept returns provided the item is new and unused and is shipped back within 14 days of the date your order was delivered to you.

Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, with all original tags and accessories. Please make sure the item is in its original condition and includes its care card, invoice, and packaging, including the cardboard box, dust bag, strap, and any other accessories. Otherwise, we will be unable to accept the return or issue a full refund.

You are responsible for arranging the return shipment and for the associated costs, including shipping. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it. After the return is approved, processing your refund may take 3–5 days, depending on your bank. You will receive an email confirmation when it has been processed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. After we receive and process your return, it may take up to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your payment card statement. If the refund has not reached your account, please contact your bank.
