We want you to know that we gladly accept product returns, provided that the item is new, unused, and shipped back within 14 days from the date of delivery to you.
Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and with all original tags and accessories. Please ensure that the returned product includes the care card, invoice, and packaging (such as the box, dust bag, strap, etc.) in its original condition. Otherwise, we will be unable to accept your return and issue a full refund.
The responsibility for the return shipment process (including shipping fees) lies entirely with the customer. Once we receive your returned product, it will be inspected. If deemed eligible for return, your refund will be processed, which may take 3-5 business days depending on your bank. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is completed.
The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please note that after processing your return, it may take up to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your card statement. If your refund does not reflect in your account, we recommend contacting your bank for further assistance.
